Jypsy fosters a safe space to support you to share your experiences and guide introspection. She draws from a range of evidenced based therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, working with intention and focus to support you to bring about meaningful and lasting change.
With experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities, Jypsy views behaviour as meaningful. Her approach considers both early life experiences and current relationships, as well as attachment and relational dynamics to understand and promote emotional wellbeing and personal development.

Jypsy has worked in both public and private settings and is experienced working with many difficulties including anxiety, grief and loss, interpersonal difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, and chronic stress. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals in exploring the impact of life experiences and early relationships on current patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating, as well as working with first responders. Jypsy is currently pursuing further training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to deepen her capacity to support clients working through trauma, operational stress, and attachment wounds, and to support their emotional wellness within the context of life’s demands.
