Brigid is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who supports you to reconnect with your values and make sense of life’s challenges. She takes an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing on EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT skills, and ACT to support meaningful and lasting change.
Grounded in a relational, attachment-focused perspective, Brigid creates a warm, respectful space for clients to explore their inner world with curiosity and self-compassion. Her background as a yoga teacher and long-term mindfulness practitioner informs her strong interest in somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, helping clients strengthen the body–mind connection and build emotional resilience.
Brigid has experience working with adults and adolescents across diverse settings. She can support you with challenges related to anxiety, mood, stress, personality, relationships, self-esteem, identity, grief, body image, and life transitions, and is passionate about affirming work with the LGBTIQ+ community.
In addition to her clinical training, Brigid is a trained EMDR therapist working toward accreditation. She remains committed to ongoing professional development to deepen her therapeutic practice.
