Gretta Bottomley

Gretta is a warm and collaborative therapist who believes that with a combination of effective treatment and client motivation it is possible to heal and grow. She specializes in providing intensive therapeutic interventions, combining EMDR with Schema Therapy and other modalities to offer clients rapid and effective relief from trauma-related symptoms.

Gretta's therapeutic style is deeply relational and attachment-focused, emphasizing the importance of understanding clients within the context of their early life experiences and family dynamics. She collaborates closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans to foster meaningful and lasting change.

In addition her to her training as a Clinicl Psychologist Gretta is an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor, an Advanced Accredited Schema Therapist, a Circle of Security Facilitor and currently working toward becoming and Accredited EMDR therapist.
Brigid Blankenberg
Clinical Psychologist

Brigid is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who supports clients to reconnect with their values and making sense of life’s challenges. She takes an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing on EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT skills, and ACT to support meaningful and lasting change.

Grounded in a relational, attachment-focused perspective, Brigid creates a warm, respectful space for clients to explore their inner world with curiosity and self-compassion. Her background as a yoga teacher and long-term mindfulness practitioner informs her strong interest in somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, helping clients strengthen the body–mind connection and build emotional resilience.

Brigid has experience working with adults and adolescents across diverse settings. She supports clients with challenges related to anxiety, mood, stress, personality, relationships, self-esteem, identity, grief, body image, and life transitions, and is passionate about affirming work with the LGBTIQ+ community.

In addition to her clinical training, Brigid is a trained EMDR therapist and is completing her Advanced Schema Therapy accreditation. She remains committed to ongoing professional development to deepen her therapeutic practice.


Valentina Bongiorno
Registered Psychologist
Accepting new clients on Tuesdays
Valentina is passionate about supporting well-being across the lifespan. She works with adults, parents, and children to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences with care, curiosity, and understanding. She brings a warm, joyful approach to her practice, combining EMDR with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CBT.

Valentina is also experienced in working with children aged 5 to 12 and their families. As a Circle of Security Parenting Program facilitator, she supports parents in building secure, nurturing relationships with their children and offers practical tools for navigating behavioural challenges, Autism, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

In addition to her clinical experience, Valentina is bilingual and offers therapy in both English and Spanish. She is committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care that meets the unique needs of every client.
Jypsara Pendragon
Registered Psychologist
Accepting new clients on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
Jypsara fosters a safe space and a strong alliance to help clients share their experiences and guide their introspection. Jypsara draws from a range of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. She works with intention and focus to support clients to bring about meaningful and lasting change.
With experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities, Jypsara views behaviour as meaningful. Her approach considers both early life experiences and current relationships, as well as attachment and relational dynamics to understand and promote emotional wellbeing and personal development. ​
